Act of Love Foundation will maintain the privacy of any personal information provided to us by our donors and those on our mailing list. You can be assured that any personally identifiable information, which you may provide to us, will only be used to support your relationship with our Foundation. We greatly value the trust you have placed in our foundation and will strive to do all that we can to maintain it.
On occasion, Act of Love Foundation may use your information to update you on recent events in which the foundation has been involved or other material that we feel would be of particular interest. Without your consent or unless otherwise required by law, Act of Love Foundation will never sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information and will never share your information with anyone other than the foundation’s trusted business partners who are acting on behalf of the foundation. These business partners will also be obligated to comply with the privacy policies stated herein with respect to any personally identifiable information.
